Services for Minnie Evelyn Stewart, 88, of Rienzi, are set for Friday, March 27th, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Biggersville Pentecostal Church, with burial at Forrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, March 26, 2015, from 5:00 pm until service time on Friday, at Biggersville Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Stewart was born on August 7, 1926, Alcorn County, MS; and passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, gardening, quilting, and going to church. She loved everyone she met. She is survived by one daughter, Martha Stewart Lee and husband David of Rienzi, MS. Two grandchildren, Rev. Mike Lee and wife Jill of Burnsville, MS; and Jennifer Shumaker and husband Bobby of Corinth, MS; two great-grandchildren, Trent Lee and Savannah Lee; one brother, Gerald Rorie and wife Susan of Oxford, AR; Special friends, Chester and Josephine Hilburn; nieces, nephew, other family members and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, J. C. Stewart, Father, William Leonard Rorie and Mother, Naoma Lou Wheeler Rorie. Pallbearers will be Mark Champion, Junior Bullock, Brian Wheeler, Trent Lee, Chester Hilburn, and Johnny Stewart. Rev. David Basden and Rev. T. G. Ramsey will officiate the service. Special music will be provided by Trent lee, Bro. Danny Spear, Sis. Geri Gist, Sis Annie Agnew, and Buddy Shumaker. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to service this family.
