Reba Mae Martindale

A Private Family service for Reba Mae Martindale, 71 of Corinth, MS, will be held at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Randy Marchant will officiate the service with Bro. Trey Lambert delivering the eulogy. Visitation will be Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 11:00 A M to 1:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mrs. Martindale passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at her residence. She was born October 15, 1949 in Corinth, MS to M.V. Latch and Hazel Dildy Latch. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, going to yard sales and having yard sales. She loved listening to gospel music and helping her family. Reba is survived by her husband of 51 years, Kelcy Ray Martindale of Corinth, MS; her sons, Matthew Phillip Martindale of Corinth, MS and Nathan Harold Martindale (Roberta) of Corinth, MS; three grandchildren, Kristen Leighann Martindale, Chelcy Nicole Martindale and Ashla Flatt (Jeffery); three great grandchildren, Baylor Reid Brooks, Charlotte Flatt and Robert Flatt; her brothers, Donnie Latch (Cora) of Corinth, MS and Lonnie Latch of Corinth, MS; her sisters, Nelda Nixon of Texas, Glenda Byrd of Guys, TN and Myra Hill (Billy) of Ripley, MS; sisters and brothers-in-law, Faye Austin (Tommy) of Guys, TN and Mavis Martindale of Corinth, MS; numerous nieces, nephews , other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her sons, Brian Allen Martindale and Kelcy Ray “Smiley” Martindale, Jr.; her father, M.V. Latch; her mother, Hazel Dildy Latch; her brothers, Billy Adams and Dennis Latch; her maternal grandparents, Rufe and Lovella Todd Dildy; her paternal grandparents, Leon and Ethel Switcher Latch; her father and mother-in-law, J.D. and Jewell H. Martindale; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marlene Byrd (Jim), Kathlene Clark (Dale), James Martindale and Audie “Bug” Martindale.
