Doris Chrisop

A Celebration of Life graveside service for Doris Chrisop, 94 of Jackson, TN, will be Monday, October 2, 2023 at 11:00 A M at Magnolia Gardens.  Deene Rodgers will officiate the service.  Mrs. Chrisop passed away Friday, September 29, 2023 at AHC – McNairy County.  She was born October 7, 1928 in Corinth, Ms to Arthur Cummings and Georgia Hale Cummings.  She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.  Mrs. Chrisop is survived by three grandchildren; one great grandchild; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband Chris Chrisop; her sons, Tommy Evans, Billy Wayne Cummings and Roger Inman; her father, Arthur Cummings; her mother, Georgia Hale Cummings; her brother, Wilburn Cummings; and her sisters, Mae Ginn and Nelda Lindsey Nance.  Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Doris Chrisop.
