Eva Bright

Funeral services for Eva Bright of Corinth are set for Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 2pm at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church with interment in Wheeler Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday, January 9, 2023 from 5pm-9pm and Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 12pm until service time at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Bro. Josh Westmoreland, Bro. Ray Bennett and Dr. Kara Blackard will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Jefferson Davis, Micheal Bright, Rodney Bright, James Cooper, Jay Cooper, Hunter Bright and Byron Bonds. Honorary pallbearers will be David Allen, Jerry Newcomb, Bobby Marolt, Jerry Talley, Chris Bobo and Ethan Martindale. Mrs. Bright passed away at her home on Friday, January 6, 2023. She was a home maker and a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed gardening, working in her yard, traveling and spending time with her family. Those left to cherish Eva's memory include her sons, Robert Grayland Bright and wife Janine and Bengee  Bright and wife Missy; 3 grandchildren, Micheal Bright(Leigh), Michelle Bright and Rodney Bright (Bobbie Jo); 2 step grandchildren, James Cooper(Katie) and Tiffany Cooper; 9 great grandchildren, Jefferson Davis, Hunter Bright, Jay Cooper, Amber Bright, Jayden Wilbanks and Rileigh Bright,  Ava Cooper, Eli Cooper and Asher Cooper; sister, Evelyn Switcher; special niece and nephew, Mike and Rhonda Devers;  numerous other nieces and nephews; special friends, Maxine Wilbanks, Elaine Hudson and Ruth Spencer of Memphis, TN; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Bright; one step grandchild, Allen Johnson;  one great grandchild, Jacob Bright; father, Claude Forman; mother, Bell Thrasher Forman; brothers, Cletus Forman, Carl Forman, Richard Forman and Billy Forman and her sisters, Daisy Allen, Edith Gant, Mable Allen and Gladys Potts.
