Funeral Mass for George Ronald Buhle, 80 of Michie is set for Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 11am at St. Francis Catholic Church in Booneville. Father Curley will officiate. Visitation is Monday, September 20, 2021 from 5pm-8pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Born April 20, 1941 in Chicago, IL., George passed away on September 16, 2021 at his home in Michie surrounded by his loved ones. He was a custodian at Cicero, IL. Public schools and of the Catholic faith. George is survived by his son, David Buhle of Michie; daughter, Karen Uher and husband Mitch of Michie; 3 grandchildren, Lindsey Darr and husband Josiah, George Buhle and Easton Buhle; a brothers, John Buhle and wife Heather and Donald Buhle; sister, Marianne Duran and husband Anthony; other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Linda Moore Buhle; sons, George Buhle and Daniel Buhle; father, George Buhle; mother, Lottie Maciejewski DuMey and husband, Cleo and his sisters, Mary Beth Smith and Jane Strugala and husband Donald.
