Helen G. Carbone

Helen G. Carbone, 82 of Michie, TN passed from this life on October 3, 2026 in Selmer, TN. Born July 6. 1944 in Zion, IL. Helen was a retired dietary worker and of the Catholic faith. There are no services planned at this time. She was an avid ELVIS fan and enjoyed listening to all kinds of music. Helen loved her family and spending time with them especially riding rollercoasters with her grandchildren.  She enjoyed taking care of her house plants, traveling, tending to her dogs, and going to county festivals. Helen is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Burns (Sidney); 2 grandchildren, Ryan Woodruff and Vanessa Shinar (Shannon); 3 great grandchildren, Isaac Snodgrass, Avvy Crum and Caige Shinar; stepdaughter, Tanya Chapman; sister, Donna Lee Paulson; her special niece, Cathy Paulson, that was also a very loving and dedicated caregiver to her Aunt Helen; numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by husband Dominic "Guy" Carbone; son, Johnny Longoria; grandchild, Zackery Woodruff; parents, Jerry and Helen Paulson; and her brothers, John Paulson, Fred Paulson, Ronnie Paulson and David Paulson.
