James Franklin "Bo" Whitten

A Memorial Service for James Franklin “Bo” Whitten, Jr., 66 of Corinth, MS, will be Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 5:00 P M at Church of God of Prophecy in Michie, TN. Zachary Kiser will officiate the service. Mr. Whitten passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born August 5, 1954 in Columbus, Ohio to James Franklin Whitten and Wilma Ruth Poindexter Whitten. He was a factory worker and was of the Christian faith. Bo is survived by his wife, Carolyn Whitten of Corinth, MS; his son, James Nathan Whitten of Corinth, MS; his daughter, Brandi Nichole Weeks of Fulton, MS; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; his brother, Jimmy Dan Whitten (Nancy) of Trenton, TN; his sister, Patty Whitten of Corinth, MS; his half-brother, Larry Whitten of Jackson, TN; his half-sister, Amanda Turner (Alexander); other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, James Franklin Whitten and his mother, Wilma Ruth Poindexter Whitten.
