Jane Rhodes

A Celebration of Life graveside service for Jane Rhodes, 83 of Corinth, MS, will be Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 1:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – South. Mrs. Rhodes passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at her residence. She was born August 14, 1938 to William Bryant Johnson and Eula Pearl Holland Johnson. She was a factory worker at both Wurlitzer and ITT and was a member of Strickland Church of Christ. Jane enjoyed antiquing, making flower arrangements, yard selling and doing crafts. She loved working outside doing landscaping and gardening and was an animal lover. She was personally involved in building a small cabin on her property. Jane is survived by her daughter, Janna Dwyer and husband Joe; her son, Jonathon Rhodes and wife Rhonda; her nieces and nephews, Sherry Choate, Patty Stevens, Sandra Blackburn, Jim Hannon, Vickie Milan, Ed Johnson, Yvonne Shepard and Barbara Hudson; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father, William Bryant Johnson; her mother Eula Pearl Holland Johnson; her brothers, Edgar Johnson and Hugh “Bud” Johnson and her sisters, Amy Hannon, Mamie “Sis” Gray and Ruth McDougall. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Jane Rhodes.
