Funeral services for Johnie Mae Bumpas, 71 of Corinth, MS is set for Friday, August 26, 2022 at 2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - EAST with interment in Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, August 26, 2022 from 12pm-2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - East. Born January 26, 1951 in Corinth, MS., Johnie passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. She was of the Baptist faith and she enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors, doing yard work, working in her flowers, going to the beach and hiking. Johnie was an avid animal lover .  She was a machinist at Magnolia Hosiery and retired from CM- Solutions.  Johnie is survived by her husband of 48 years, Bobby Bumpas; daughter, Kelia Bumpas; brothers, Charlie Crum and wife Joyce and Roger Crum; sisters, Ruby Spencer, Ann Stewart and husband Garland and Shirley Smith; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.  She is preceded in death by her father, George W. Crum; mother, Ola Marie Crum and brother, James Crum. Bro. Warren Jones will officiate the service. Honorary pallbearers will be William Stewart, Kenny Armstrong, Brian Spencer, Jim Bumpas, Bradley Bumpas, Kevin Ford, Charlie Crum and Johnny Crum.
