Funeral services for Johnny Ray Utley, 81 of Corinth are set for 3pm Monday, October 27, 2025 at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, October 27, 2025 from 1pm-3pm at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Pallbearers will be John Tyler Stanley, John Butler, Eric Butler, Ben Massengill, Ryan Willis and Cody Wells. Born March 24, 1944 in Corinth, Mr. Utley passed from this life on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was a retired Fireman for the Corinth Fire Department. John was a member of South Corinth Baptist Church. He was also member of the Selmer Moose Lodge #1321. John is survived by his daughters , Pam Smith (DeeDee) and Angela Simpson (Chris); 4 grandchildren, John Tyler Stanley (Kara), Taylor Wells (Cody), Meaghan Rowell (Mark) and Anna Emmons; 11 great grandchildren, Brody Stanley, Remington Stanley, Raelynn Stanley, Evie Jewell Tucker, Neyland Tucker, Sophie Emmons, Oakleigh Wells , Swayze Wells, Tyler Rowell, Eli Rowell and Cheyenne Rowell; sister, Janice Butler; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends . He is preceded in death by his parents, James Alford and Connie K. Utley; grandchild, Alex Wilbanks; sisters, Betty Willis, Sandra Massengill and Sherry Jourdan.
