A Celebration of Life Service for Junior Gray, 89 of Guys, TN, will be Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 3:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with Military Honors. Rev. Nelson Hight and John David Schierbaum will officiate the service. Visitation will be Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 1:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mr. Gray passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born January 16, 1933 in Greenwood, MS to Wren Eason Gray and Dollie May Wilkins Gray. He retired as a forman for Corinth Marble Plant and was a member of Church of the Crossroads. He loved hunting, mowing grass, gardening and family dinners. He enjoyed watching wrestling, reading his bible and doing crossword puzzles. Junior is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Jackie Gray; his daughter, Debora Jakubik (Tom); his step daughter, Beth Smith (Michael); his step son, John David Schierbaum (Norma); his special fur baby, Susie; 12 grandchildren, Leann Hutchinson (Jeremy), Alyse Parsons (Steve), Arianne Turner, Katie Tomaszewski (Codye), Justin Schierbaum, Josh Schierbaum (Mallorie), Bethany Schierbaum, Amy Burcham (Brian), Billy Joe Blackburn, Jr. (Heather), Jamie Brooks, Audrey Meeks (Edward) and Sara McDuff (Jeremiah); 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; his brother, James Gray; his sisters, Ruth Holder, Laverda Johnson and Ruby Fondren (Bobby); his step- son-in-law, Andy Gerregano; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Wren Gray; his mother, Dollie Wilkins Gray; his daughter, Wendy Gerregano; his brothers, Houston Gray and Pete Gray and his sisters, Gladys Dixon and Ollie May Austin. Pallbearers will be Tom Jakubik, Michael Smith, Codye Tomaszewski, Bryan Caups, Justin Schierbaum and Josh Schierbaum. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Junior Gray.
