Karen Silvestri, 76, of Corinth, MS passed away on September 11, 2026 at her residence. Karen was born on January 3, 1950 in Memphis, TN, was a retired accountant with Paramount Uniform Rental Company, and was a member of Oakland Baptist Church. She was a woman of strong Christian faith who loved Jesus more than anything. She found great joy in reading, cherished her family dearly, and treasured the time spent with those she loved. Her faith, love, and devotion to her family were a beautiful reflection of the life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind. Karen is survived by her husband of 52 years, Gene Silvestri; her children, Kellye Stringfield (Chris), Andy Silvestri (Susan), and Laura Giaccaglini (Michael); 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren, her brother, Steve Simon (Diane); her sister, Janice Watts; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Lavata Simon. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Karen Silvestri.
