A Celebration of Life Memorial service for Kelly Lynn Turner, 54 of Rienzi, MS, will be Friday, October 8, 2021 at 3:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home East Chapel. Choney Shelby will officiate the service. Visitation will be Friday, October 8, 2021 from 1:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mrs. Turner passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born May 29, 1967 in Bywrn, IL to Hershel L. Smith and Sharon Daily Smith. She was of the Holiness faith and pastor of Sound Doctorine True Holiness Church. She loved fishing, sewing, crocheting, quilting and playing with the kids. Kelly is survived by her mother, Sharon Smith; her son Hershel Smith Turner; her brother, Joshua Smith and wife Sheila; her sister, Carol Barnett and husband Larry; her special cousin, LaTonya Glover and husband Jimmy; her nieces and nephews, Christopher Russell, Anderson Smith, Addison Smith, Bethany Miller, Hannah Barnett and Luke Barnett; great nieces, May Lynn Russell and Scarlett Rose Russell; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Hershel L. Smith. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Kelly Lynn Turner.
