Merl Dixon Interment: Booneville City Cemetery Biographical Information He was born October 15, 1933 to Samuel E. and Elsie Mae Deese Teeter in Concord, NC Ken retired after 23 years in the U. S Army, receiving numerous commendation medals, serving his country in Viet Nam, Japan and Germany. He was a graduate of Columbia College in Columbia, MO with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He also retired from Liberty National Life Insurance in Corinth, MS. He was a past President of the Corinth Breakfast Civitan Club, former member of the Lions Club, Corinth Life Underwriters Association and was a member of Corinth Scottish Rites. He enjoyed woodworking in his shop, working in the yard and loved animals. Ken was a friend to all he knew and always had a smile on his face.
