Larry Oneil Strickland

Mr. Larry Oneil Strickland, 83, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018, at his home in Corinth, MS. There will be a private family service. He was born on August 7, 1935, in Corinth, to his late parents, Odell and Evelyn Strickland. He retired from ITT as a Draftsman after 30+ years of service. He was a Christian and a Member of Strickland Church of Christ. He is survived by his Wife of 30 years, Elaine Maness Strickland of Corinth; Son, David O. Strickland of Corinth; Daughter, Leslie King and Husband Mac of Corinth; Three Grandchildren: Tyler Shope, Fenley Strickland and Ben Strickland; One Great-Grandchild; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Odell Strickland and Evelyn Spain Strickland. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alcorn County Animal Shelter, 3825 Proper Street, Corinth, MS 662-284-5800.
