A Celebration of Life service for Lee Roy Cooper, Jr., 67 of Burnsville, MS, will be Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 3:00 P M at New Beginning Fellowship in Burnsville, MS with Bro. Jimmy Daniels officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 1:30 P M until service time at New Beginning Fellowship. Mr. Cooper passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. He was born April 14, 1952 in Corinth, MS to Lee Roy Cooper, Sr. and Clara Glover Cooper. He was a construction worker. Lee Roy is survived by his son, Lee Eric Cooper and wife Debra of Burnsville, MS; his daughters, Paula Cooper Gaines of Burnsville, MS and April Waldrop and husband John Paul of Burnsville, MS; 5 grandchildren, Nikki Cooper, Erin Gaines, Ivy Gaines, Brylee Cooper-Thomas and Rhett Waldrop; 1 great grandson, Bentlee Cooper; his mother, Clara Glover Cooper of Burnsville, MS; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Roy Cooper, Sr. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Lee Roy Cooper, Jr.
