Linda Coker

A graveside service for Linda Coker, 77, of Glen, MS, is scheduled for 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Mrs. Linda passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at her residence. She was born on January 27, 1943 to the late Leo and Christine Burt and was a member of Faithview Baptist Church in Saucier, MS. Linda retired as a supervisor with Walmart and will forever be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Meridian, MS. Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel is entrusted with the arrangements. Those left to honor Linda’s memory include her husband of 57 years, John Coker of Glen; her daughter, Regina Lee Coker Gleber and husband John of Bay St. Louis, MS; her grandchildren, Daniel Andrew Gleber (Kaitlyn) and Christy Renee Thomas (Carl); her brother, Tommy Lee Burt and wife Dispin of OR; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Christy Renee Coker; her sisters, Shirley L. Burt and Vera Lynn Burt Jarrell.
