A Celebration of Life Service for Madeline Smith, 95 of Corinth, MS, will be Friday, February 6, 2026 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East with interment in Juliette Cemetery. Bro. Tim Edwards and Bro. Warren Jones will officiate the service. Visitation will be Friday, February 6, 2026 from 12:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Mrs. Smith passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born April 23, 1930 in Corinth, MS to Edward Clark and Sarah Morendia Cummings Clark. She was a member of Juliette Missionary Baptist Church and was a factory worker. She enjoyed fishing and cooking for her family. She loved reading her bible and taking care of her family because they were her world. Madeline is survived by her son, Gary Smith (Joyce); her daughter, Kathy Jones; her 2 grandchildren, Jessica Pittman (Dale) and Breeanna Rinehart (Kenny); her 2 great grandchildren, Isaac Pittman and Elijah Pittman; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Mark Smith; her father, Ed Clark; her mother, Morendia Cummings Clark; son-in-law, Benny Jones; her brothers, Jim Clark, Arness Clark and Jessie Clark; and her sisters, Edna Mills, Doris Woodruff, Marie Smith and Lola Shadburn.  Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Clark, Ricky Barnett, Darryl Hazelwood, Dustin Stacey and Bobby Wood.  Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Madeline Smith.
