Funeral services for Mary Jane Marlar, 79, of Corinth are set for 2pm Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Magnolia Funeral Home - East with interment in Magnolia Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 12pm-2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home -East. Bro Warren Jones will officiate the service. Born July 18, 1947 in Mississippi, Mrs. Marlar passed from this life September 1, 2026 at Magnolia Regional Health Center after an extended illness. She was a homemaker and a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Mary Jane loved her family dearly, and spending time with them brought her great joy. She especially cherished the time she shared with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Mary Jane enjoyed crafting, caring for her beloved pets, and was an avid Elvis Presley fan. Her loving heart, warm spirit, and devotion to her family created many cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind. Mary Janes is survived by her daughters, Sonya Little (Keith) and Amanda Johnson (David); 3 grandchildren, Danielle Krenn (Nick), Trent Johnson (Marisa) and Randy Little (Vanessa); 4 great grandchildren, Ethan Johnson, Jackson Johnson, Liam Krenn and Adalee Johnson; her brother, Jamie Ray Williams (Teresa); other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Johnie Lee Marlar; her parents, James and Francis Williams and her brother, Jimmy Dale Williams.
