Funeral services for Joann Tucker, 79 of Burnsville are set for 11am Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Magnolia Funeral Home - East with interment in Antioch Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 5pm-8pm and Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 10am until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home - East. Bro. Scotty McCay will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Billy Tucker, Derrick Tucker, Dr. Chris Tucker, Donavon Scott, Andrew Bode and Brandon Brown. 

Born September 21, 1946 in Brownfield, MS., Mrs. Tucker passed from this life on September 11, 2026 at her sons home in Glen. She was a retired factory worker and of the Christian faith. She loved her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed working outside in her yard and her flowers and taking care of her animals. 

She is survived by her sons, Eddie Tucker, Mike Tucker (LeAnn) and Johnny Tucker; 7 grandchildren, Billy Tucker (Dr. Jennifer), Derrick Tucker (Erika), Dr. Chris Tucker (Dr. Marlaina Berch). Kayleigh Bode(Andrew), Tessa Brown (Brandon), Donavon Scott and Addi Jo Tucker; 12 great grandchildren; brothers, Bobby Mullins and Ricky Mullins (Stella) and her sister, Linda Dunn; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Emert and Junie Mullins; her brother, James Edward Mullins (Alma); sister, Bettye Sue Morgan (Von); her brother and sister-in-law, Henry Dunn and Lucy Mullins.
