Private family service for Nellie Elaine Thompson, 69 of Corinth was held Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 10:00am at Biggersville First Baptist Church with interment to follow at Magnolia Gardens. Born February 3, 1951 in Corinth , Nellie passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020 at her home. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed going to church, John Wayne, spending time with her family especially her great grandchildren. Nellie was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Biggersville First Baptist Church. Nellie is survived by her husband of 52 years Tommy Thompson of Rienzi, MS; her daughter, Stacey C. Thompson of Corinth, MS; 2 grandchildren, Mercedes S. Thompson and Dana M. Thompson; 2 great grandchildren, Ayden D. Wren and Davien C. Wren , other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Dawn Thompson; father, Charles Sulephen; mother, Maude Duncan Sulephen; brothers, Willard Sulephen and Gary Sulephen and sisters, Laura Mae Williams, Patsy Charlene Knight and Linda Gale Workman. Bro. Jeff Smith will officiate the service. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Nellie Elaine Thompson.
