Services for Nina Beth Doran, 84, will take place Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 6:00PM at Magnolia Funeral Home - East Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 3:00PM - 6:00PM. Dr. Randy Bostick will officiate the service, with Sandy Williams and Kenneth Williams delivering the obituary and eulogy.
Nina Beth Doran was born on May 2, 1941, in Booneville, Mississippi, passed away on January 26, 2026, in Glen, Mississippi. She devoted over 52 years of service to Corinth Coca Cola Bottling Works, where her work ethic and commitment to excellence made a lasting impact. A graduate of Booneville High School, she was involved in various activities as a member of the Beta Club and a cheerleader. Nina Beth was recognized for her leadership and character, earning the title of Most Versatile and the DAR Good Citizen Award during her time at Booneville High School. She was a devoted member of Oakland Baptist Church, contributing her warmth and kindness to her congregation.
Throughout her life, Nina Beth was not only a loving mother but also an active participant in her children's lives. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and ensured she never missed any of their events. Her passion for youth development was evident in her roles as a Girl Scout Leader and Cub Scout Leader. Nina Beth was also a steadfast supporter of Alcorn Central High School, where she attended many events, cheering on her children and grandchildren.
Nina Beth was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Larry Doran, Sr., and her caring parents, Keith L. and Lucille Dallison Smith. She leaves behind a loving family who will carry her memory in their hearts. She is survived by her son, Larry Doran, Jr. (Michelle); her daughter, Mary "Tana" Doran Thomas; her grandchildren, Justin Thomas (Monica), Jet Thomas (Selena), Erica Hill (Cody), Kyle Doran (Morgan Banks), Blake Doran (Laney Counce); and her great-grandchildren, Drake Thomas, Jace Thomas, Amzie Hill, Lofton Hill, Brewer Hill, and Fuller Hill. She is also survived by her brother, Roger Smith (Jean); and her sister/cousin, Marcella Stell (Louis "Boots").
Nina Beth's legacy of love, dedication, and community spirit will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be profoundly missed. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Ms. Nina Beth Doran.
