Funeral service for Peggy Ann McDaniel, 88 of Corinth are set for Sunday, April 26, at 3:00 p.m. at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church in Corinth, MS with Bro. Josh Westmoreland and Bro. Kara Blackard officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, April 26 from 1:30-3 p.m. at Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Interment will be in Magnolia Gardens.

Peggy passed away Thursday, April 23, 2026 at her home in Corinth, MS. She was born January 3, 1938 in Iuka, MS. She was a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church in Corinth, MS. She loved her family! She was self-employed as a professional Interior Designer and helped design interiors for many of Corinth’s premier homes and businesses over the years. She was a homemaker as well and loved to entertain. She was crowned by her friends as the “Hostess with the mostest”. She loved her family and was an amazing mother and wife! She loved to travel and was able to travel to many countries in Europe over the years. While her husband was stationed in Italy she traveled to be with him while with child and did not speak a word of Italian. She had an adventurous spirit and loved life to the fullest. She loved her church and church family and will be missed by all. She is survived by her husband, Charles McDaniel; son, Mike McDaniel; and son, Jeff McDaniel; 7 grandchildren, Paige Cook, Kacie Hardin, Heather Stephens, Nick McDaniel, Hanna Sanderford, Jake McCollough, Alex McDaniel; 15 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grands; other relatives and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bliss and Christine Hamm; her sister, Barbara Dean; her brother, Duane Hamm. Pall Bearers will be Austin Sanderford, Cory Holley, Nick McDaniel, Luke McDaniel, Alex McDaniel, Rick Stephens. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Peggy Ann McDaniel.
