Funeral services for Rebecca Sue Clark Dobson, 86 of Selmer, TN are set for 11am at Piney Grove Church of God in Selmer on Saturday, September 12, 2026 with interment in Shiloh Cemetery in Garland, TN. Visitation will be Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 10am-11am at the church. Pastor Blake Rudd and Biship Aaron Moss will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Larry Workman, Matthew Workman, David Workman, Eric Upson and Pastor Blake Rudd. 

Becky went to heaven September 9, 2026 in Jackson, TN., she was born February 18, 1940 to the late Lyda Bell Rhodes Clark and Daniel Webster Clark. She was a 75 year member of Clover Creek Baptist Church in Medon, TN and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for 60 years. Becky graduated in the Class of 1958 of Southside High, Jackson, TN. She worked at Southern Bell, Jackson and ATT in Memphis as a long distance operator. She met the love of her life in Memphis, Wayne Thomas Dobson and got married in 1965. She helped him raise his 2 sons and opened and help operate Dobson Crane Rental from 1966-2016. She loved to work, watch football, NASCAR and Indy Car racing. She enjoyed traveling and RVing. Even with her busy life she helped raise her 3 nephews and her niece. 

Becky is survived by her niece, Linda Faith Aycock White Lewis (Bobby); nephews, Larry Matthew Workman (Judy), Matthew Clark Workman (Cheryl) and David Charles Workman (Cathy); her beloved dog, Mac; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Wayne Thomas Dobson, parents, Lyda Bell Rhodes Clark and Daniel Webster Clark, sister, Virginia Christine Clark Workman Aycock Pickard; brother-in-law, Jospeh Earl Aycock and her in-laws, O.T. and Evelyn Dobson.
