Funeral services for Ricky D. Allen, 55 of Corinth are set for 2pm Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Magnolia Funeral Home - South located at 741 HWY 45 South. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 22, 2026 from 12pm-2pm at Magnolia Funeral Home - South. Bro. Donny Davis will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Billy Joe Crum, Blake Allen, Dustin Devers, Andy Allen, Kevin Switcher, Hunter Switcher, Jeff Basden, Casey Bearden, Zach Bright and Josh Bright. His cousins will serve as his honorary pallbearers. Born January 18, 1971 in Corinth, MS., Ricky passed from this life on September 13, 2026 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Wheeler Grove Baptist Church. Ricky loved his family and enjoyed going to cookouts with them. He also enjoyed watching OLE MISS and Dallas Cowboys football, fishing and fighting roosters with his dad and brother. Ricky is survived by his uncles and aunts, David Allen (Faye), Judy Crum, Rhonda Devers (Mike), Linda Allen, Billy Carter (Linda), Ed Carter (Joyce) and Elizabeth Downs; numerous cousins, other relatives and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Willie Charles and Ruth Marie Allen; brothers, Junior Allen and W. C. Allen; paternal grandparents, Willie Frank and Daisy Dean Allen; maternal grandparents, Mancel and Lela Ruth Carter; uncles and aunts, Newman Allen, Wanda Allen, Billy Crum, Ray Carter, Neil Carter, Loretta Carter and Wanda Carter.
