A celebration of life service for Rita Brimingham, 72 of Corinth, MS is scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, July 20, 2026, at Magnolia Funeral Home – East and interment will be in Jacinto Community Cemetery. Bro. Charles Stevenson will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Monday, July 20, 2026, at Magnolia Funeral Home – East.

Rita was born November 5, 1953, in Alcorn County, MS and she passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026, in Jackson, TN. She was a devoted wife, proud fur‑mom, and beloved friend to many. For 32 years she served as a world color material handler, bringing dedication, skill, and a tireless work ethic to everything she touched. She later spent 16 years with Magnolia Hospital in Housekeeping, where her coworkers became family and her presence made every hallway brighter.

She loved the sun on her face and the sound of waves at the beach, a place where she felt at peace. A true workaholic, she poured her energy into caring for others, showing up, and doing things the right way. Her heart was full of love for her husband and her cherished fur baby, Lady, who was always by her side.

Known as a people person, she had a gift for making others feel welcome, heard, and appreciated. Her laughter, her warmth, and her steady strength will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Those left to honor her memory include her brother, Harry Lee Allen; sisters, Connie Allen and Tammie Dolan (Thurman) nephews and caretakers, Rayland Williams (Monica Parham) and Royce Williams; best friends, Barbara Prince and Edith English; other relatives and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Eulice Brimingham; father, Lawrence Allen; mother, Maudie Henderson; brothers, Lloyd Allen and Kenneth Allen and sisters, Jo Ann Williams, Cathy Taylor, and Lucy Scruggs.
