Ruby Lee Cox Fowler Newcomb passed away Thursday, November 2, 2010 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital at the age of 84. She was born May 10, 1926 to the late Lonnie & Nancy Jane Cox in Alcorn County, MS. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed working in her flower garden, visiting friends and relatives and going fishing.
