Sally Lorraine Johnson

 A celebration of life for Sally Lorraine Johnson, 56 of Counce, TN will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Magnolia Funeral Home-East with interment to follow in Pisgah Cemetery.  Bro. Joseph Cole will Officiate the service. Pallbearers include Jacob Johnson, Evan Johnson, Jeff Rencher, and Josh Tidwell. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, November 11, 2025, and Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Magnolia Funeral Home-East. 

Sally Lorraine Johnson was born March 29, 1969, a beautiful red-haired baby girl with an infectious smile and a zest for life. Independent, determined and outgoing, she brought happiness wherever she went. She loved life and was quick to make friends. Sally spent her childhood in Childers’s Hill Tennessee with a wonderful family, many cousins and a host of friends. She was talented with a love for flowers, gardening, cooking, and quilting but capable enough to handle everything from those delicate tasks to mechanical work. No stranger to hard work, Sally flourished when presented with a challenge. Her love for her family was evident, especially for her children Will and Ashley. She also had a special bond with her brother Phil, built on a lifetime of shared experiences and unwavering support. 

Sally departed this life on November 7, 2025, at the age of 56 due to complications from metastatic melanoma. Survivors include her daughter, Ashley Dawn Browder, her brother Phil Johnson (Jenifer), nephews Jacob Johnson (Alyce), Evan Johnson and a host of cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by her son, Will Alton Browder III, her parents Bettye and Gordon Johnson, and her niece Cassie Johnson Tidwell. She was so loved and will be so very missed!
