A Celebration of Life Service for Tommy Mauney, 77 of Corinth, MS, will be Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 2:30 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with Military Honors. Interment will follow in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in Booneville, MS. Visitation will be Sunday, July 26, 2026 from 1:00 P M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Tommy Wilson will officiate the service with Cliff Little delivering the eulogy. Mr. Mauney was born September 26, 1948 in Prentiss County, MS to Glenn Mauney and Annie Margaret Wallis Mauney. Mr. Mauney was the retired owner of 45 Truck Stop and was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed playing golf, domino’s and singing. He loved going to Tunica with his wife and traveling. Tommy is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marcia Mauney; his son, Clint Mauney (Anna); 5 grandchildren, Shelby Goode (Preston), Daisy Smith, Paisley Smith, Chelsie Patterson (Devante) and Bronson Mauney; 2 great grandchildren, Kyler Leatherwood and Henry Goode; his sister, Ann Little; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brandy Smith; his father, Glenn Mauney; his mother Annie Margaret Mauney and his brother, Phil Mauney. Pallbearers will be Jimmy McGee, Mike Dees, Rodney Little, Preston Goode, Buck Raper and Jimmy Taylor. Magnolia Funeral home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Tommy Mauney.
