Troye Jean Blair England

A Celebration of Life Service for Troye Jean Blair England, 82 of Holly Springs, MS, will be Monday, May 13, 2024 at 3:00 P M at Wyatte Baptist Church with interment to follow in Cathey Cemetery.   Bro. Griff Walker will officiate the service.  Visitation will be Monday, May 13, 2024 from 1:30 P M until service time at Wyatt Baptist Church.  Our dear Mother & Mamaw went to be with Jesus, May 8, 2024, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family that she loved dearly.  Troye was an only child born to Halbert & Jackie Blair on February 10, 1942.  She grew up with a love of reading, sewing, and spending time with her many cousins.   She was a devoted Mother and Mamaw.   She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren more than anything in the world.  She was first a Mother and homemaker to her children.  Her home was always open, she spent many of her days keeping grandkids and was known for letting them get away with just about anything!   Later in life, she was a caretaker and worked as a housemother at the Baddour Center.  She called the residents her “kids” and they lovingly called her “Moma”.   She loved them dearly, and they loved her.  Moma always tried to find the best in everyone.  She was known for her sweet smile and quick wit, she always kept us laughing even when she didn’t mean to.. until the very end.  Our goodnights always ended with love you more!  Troye is survived by her son, Cliff England; her daughters, Melanie McDonald (Brad), Tammy Farrow (Bobby) and Laura Stepp (Dick); nine grandchildren, Justin Farrow (Brooke), Orry McDonald (Lauren), Josh Farrow (Maggie), Megan Archino (Kyle), Jake England(Maddie), Drake England (Ashlea), Caden Stepp (Hallie) Kasey Ainsworth (Eric) and Kyle Stepp; fifteen great grandchildren, Channing and Sully Farrow; Jaxon and Layne McDonald; Fyn and Rydge Farrow, Kolter and Mesa Archino, Oakley and Hyndrix England, Cohen Harris and John Sawyer England; Lane Hudson and Braxton Ainsworth and one great grandson on the way; daughter-in-law, Joy England; special caretakers and a host of family and friends.  Pallbearers will be Justin Farrow, Orry McDonald, Josh Farrow, Jake England, Drake England, Caden Stepp, Kyle archino and Eric Ainsworth.  She was preceded in death by her great grandchild, Rylee Farrow; her father, Halbert Blair and hermother, Jackie Floate Blair.   Honorary pallbearers will be Marvin Hicks, Myron Powers, Marvin “Butch” Harris, Jason Ferguson, Wayne Blair, Kim Blair, Ben Tyree and Ray Brasher.  Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Troye Jean Blair England.
